The Hagerman Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion in our vertical markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding business relations geographically in our vertical markets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in the construction of large-scale commercial projects in one of our key verticals (healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, light industrial) with a GC/construction manager. You will be accountable for presenting new business opportunities to the company and expanding business relations geographically in our vertical markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and expansion in our vertical markets through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand business relations geographically in our vertical markets.
  • Assist in gathering business development intelligence and analyzing market trends.
  • Represent The Hagerman Group at business-related functions and participate in community/industry organizations.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to identify prospects and support existing clients.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM platform, logging information on leads and clients.
  • Support geographic expansion initiatives through travel and participation in industry events.
  • Contribute to project proposals and presentations: Develop strategies based on client knowledge. Review and critique submissions as needed. Prepare presentation materials for business development success. Participate in presentation teams as directed. Create corporate presentations to update The Hagerman Group employees on sales and marketing progress.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
