Community Day Charter Public School (CDCPS) is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team of passionate educators. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students by delivering comprehensive speech and language services.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and screen students to assess their speech and language abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address students' speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to incorporate speech and language services into the curriculum.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group services to students as needed.
  • Consult with teachers to support students' communication needs in the classroom.
  • Attend IEP and 504 meetings to ensure students receive the support they need.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Speech Pathologist License.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
