Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Autism Care Partners. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional, innovative, and person-centered care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ethically implement services based on knowledge and skills in speech language pathology and related subject areas.
  • Demonstrate ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatment for individuals with communication disorders.
  • Use evidence-based treatments, such as the Visual Immersion System, to support individual needs.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to report progress and challenges.
  • Complete necessary documentation and billing that reflect patient care accurately.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or in pursuit of ASHA CCC.
  • State license in Speech-Language Pathology (dependent on locations conducting therapy).
  • Proficiency in the field of autism/developmental disabilities.
  • Basic computer skills required - includes understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows, Central Reach, and other software as needed.
