Beacon Hill is seeking a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to oversee the entire recruiting process, driving business growth and excellence in talent acquisition. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to lead the recruiting function and collaborate closely with company leaders.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team as a Corporate Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms, researching and suggesting new recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates proactively, managing relationships with external recruiters and internal hiring managers, scheduling interviews and enhancing screening processes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires, and attending recruitment events and career fairs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in Sales and Tech. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is also preferred. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with the ability to handle a high volume of job requisitions.

Salary and Benefits:
