Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Distribution Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading interaction between the CSRs for the customers and DC operations here onsiteImplementing new schedule shipments, hold activities, creating OBDs, running reports, holiday schedule dating activities, and many more tasks related to making sure orders get to the warehouse planning team effectively.Determining order status to help keep material moving efficientlySupporting the operations team with any and all requests related to customer shipmentsBeing on-call from a remote setting on holidays and weekends as needed.  Also work with other DSR to determine appropriate coverage onsite. Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED of higher AND (1) year of warehouse experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Experience working with MS365, SAP, and JDAAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Five (5) years of warehouse experience in a private, public, government or military environmentPrompt and professional communicationWork location: Onsite in Forest City, IATravel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
