Here, you will make an impact by:Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, order filling and shippingOperating power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch ordersOperating power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stockPacking and checking material for shipmentPerforming all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and proceduresAbility to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contextsYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availabilityAbility to work overtime or holidays as neededAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience in a warehouse operations roleExperience operating a forkliftDemonstrated attention to detailStrong written & verbal communication skillsBasic computer skillsWork location: Onsite - 806 W Crystal Lake Rd, Forest City, IA 50436Travel: No TravelRelocation Assistance: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. To ensure competitive pay and benefits, Solventum regularly benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and scope. The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.76/hour, with the potential to reach $25.43/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
