As a Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack, you'll play a key role in shaping our technology strategy and delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
  • Share your expertise and passion for emerging technologies, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal and external technology communities.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to drive powerful experiences that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial empowerment.
  • Utilize a range of programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services, and AWS tools and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
