Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician - BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills and behaviors that enable them to thrive in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to children with autism, implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies to promote learning and behavior modification.
  • Work collaboratively with supervising clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and data collection, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors.
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable).
  • A 40-hour BT certificate.
  • TRICARE certification.
  • A passion for driving change and supporting independent growth.
  • A desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of our clients.
