Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Health Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Peoria. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social engagement to clients, including conversation, reading, and other activities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide reliable and punctual care, ensuring clients receive the support they need

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
