Position Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated caregivers who possess a genuine passion for assisting seniors and are eager to advance their careers. This role offers a variety of shifts with guaranteed hours, ensuring stability and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, utilizing hoyer lifts as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and assist with errands and transportation.
- Offer medication reminders and brief personal care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18, with additional bonuses and transportation support.
- Part-time employment with guaranteed hours of 35 or 40 per week.
- Additional benefits include company vehicle, gas reimbursement, and phone allowances.
- Preference given to candidates with prior experience and a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
