Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Nevada Medical Center. As a key member of our OR team, you will provide direct patient care to infant through geriatric patient populations in the OR arena.
Responsibilities- Assess operating room/procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness
- Obtain supplies for individual cases and ensure all appropriate needs of surgical operating team are met
- Monitor, position, and assist patient during procedure
- Communicate with surgeon and anesthesiologist continuously and as needed about patient condition
- Assist with maintenance of surgical equipment and pain management inventory
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nevada
- At least one year Operating Room experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
