Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to infant through geriatric patient populations in the OR arena.
- Assess the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical and Pain Center environment.
- Assist with the maintenance of surgical equipment and pain management inventory.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Ensure all appropriate needs of the surgical operating team are met.
- At least one year of Operating Room experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care protocols.
- Excellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans.
