Live-in ABA Residential Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate couple to join our team as Live-in ABA Residential Coordinators at Princeton Child Development. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with autism in a community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- Create a home-like environment that promotes quality of life and independence
- Teach and assist residents in developing skills and achieving goals
- Manage daily activities, including leisure and recreational activities, medical appointments, and community outings
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
- Collect and analyze data to inform program development and improvement
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records
- Oversee and train junior colleagues
- Manage general home maintenance tasks
- One member of the couple should have a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Valid driver's license
- Pass extensive background checks
- Complete required trainings, including CPR, First Aid, and professionalism
