Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents, including efficient service and attention to detail.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all dining areas, including china, glass, and silverware.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in dining service techniques, resident relations, and special functions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dining service role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds, and to stand for long periods of time.
