About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Server to join our team at Tampa JCC/Federation Inc. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, china, glass, and silverware.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards in all aspects of dining service.
Requirements
  • Empathetic and energetic individual with a passion for working with seniors.
  • Superior customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve problems effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, responsible, and punctual with a professional personal and dress code.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds, and stand for long periods.
