Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Server to join our team at Tampa JCC/Federation Inc. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a quality dining experience for our residents by providing attentive and courteous service.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:
  • Empathetic and energetic individual with an affinity for working with seniors.
  • Superior customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle resident complaints and solve problems effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including a friendly attitude and calm disposition.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and multitask with ease.
  • Dependable, responsible, and punctual individual with a professional personal and dress code.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and perform repetitive hand movements, walking, and standing for extended periods.
