  • Support the Personal Stylist in the preparation and execution of client appointments
  • Process transactions at the point of sale
  • Manage merchandise for the Fashionphile Service
  • Conduct follow-ups post-appointment, including tracking orders, managing alterations, and sending thank-you notes
  • Assist in scheduling client appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of client information
  • Contribute to digital sales efforts and enhance social media engagement
  • Help coordinate gifting initiatives and exclusive experiences for top clientele
  • Ensure that all unsold items are returned to inventory
  • Maintain the cleanliness of fitting rooms, utilizing housekeeping and maintenance services as needed
Job Requirements
  • Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • A keen sense of fashion
  • Prior experience in sales or retail is advantageous
Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in styling, fashion, or retail is essential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
