Job Summary

The Client Support Liaison is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in Murfreesboro, TN or Lexington, TN. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement changes.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
