Job Overview

Staff4Me is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide top-notch care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a cardiology practice with one cardiac SPECT camera.
  • Provide patient instruction and preparation.
  • Perform IV administration.
  • Measure and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic studies.
  • Utilize efficient and safe practices in handling radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Conduct patient imaging and process computerized image data.
  • Perform quality control and maintain nuclear medicine records.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and the medical team.
  • Work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Valid certifications as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Board (NMTCB).
  • Valid Nuclear Medicine California State License.
  • Venipuncture Certification.
  • BLS certification.
