Job Summary:
At Bryan Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our clinical laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing laboratory specimens and reporting results in all areas of the clinical laboratory.

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely test results, which are essential for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process laboratory specimens according to established protocols and procedures
- Perform high-complexity testing, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and serology/immunology
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, including statistics and billing information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date on new testing methods, products, and instrumentation

Requirements:
- Associate degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Certified Laboratory Technician (CLT)
- MLT certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to function in a team environment and maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors

Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
