We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our properties, including leasing, marketing, financial reporting, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' customer service experience, preferably in leasing, sales, or management of apartment communities. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based ERP software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have the ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and possess excellent follow-through skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities of our properties, including leasing, marketing, financial reporting, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve our business objectives, working closely with our Property Manager.
  • Ensure that our properties are well-maintained, leased, and managed efficiently, meeting our quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years' previous customer service experience required; leasing, sales or management of apartment communities preferred.
  • Prior RealPage experience a plus.
