Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Meridian Behavioral Health. As a 2nd Shift Full-Time 4 Days/Week Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services and education to clients
  • Observe, record, and report any symptoms, reactions, and changes in a client's condition
  • Administer Mantoux upon admission
  • Complete scheduled weekly updates and chart audits
  • Maintain compliance with Minnesota Department of Health regulations
  • Participate in report at shift change and staff in-services
Requirements
  • LPN license
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a chemical dependency facility
  • 2-3 years related experience required
  • Computer skills to draft emails, memos, and reporting
  • CPR and first aid certified
  • On-going training on cultural awareness and sensitivity
