Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our GetGo Café + Market team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
