Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Professional to lead our Regional Sales efforts in the Florida market. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing individual and regional business plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the development and execution of individual and regional business plans to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Hire, direct, develop, and manage Oncology Account Managers to ensure successful customer interactions and business growth.
  • Identify and prioritize key prescribers and account drivers within the region to maximize business opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and passion for delivering results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 2+ years of Oncology sales experience in the Florida market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Oncology market dynamics, including key customers, accounts, and payers.
  • Ability to travel 50% and live in Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of field management experience.
  • Graduate degree.
  • Solid tumor experience and experience selling oral oncolytic products.
  • Product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer, and state society experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
