As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for creating lending solutions for clients and assisting buyers in obtaining their dream homes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure seamless transactions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Review loan processes, monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with industry professionals to gather and prepare necessary information for underwriting requirements.
  • Communicate complex loan programs and closing costs to prospective buyers, providing them with a thorough understanding to make informed decisions.
  • Exceed production standards by maintaining an active pipeline and continuously improving loan processing efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations, company underwriting policies, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite (highly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in banking, business, real estate, or a related field required.
  • In-depth understanding of various loans, including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, and FHLMC, as well as Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000, with a plan to earn $100,000+ based on performance and industry standards. We offer a competitive compensation package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
