As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute care settings. Our STNAs are responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from $19 to $36 per hour, as well as customized pay periods and the ability to choose your own shifts. Our STNAs also have access to a range of benefits, including workers' compensation and malpractice insurance, employer withholding and management of taxes, and eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and staff

Qualifications:

  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
