Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to contribute to our mission at We Care Sitting Services LLC. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting Medication Administration training sessions and performing competency evaluations for Direct Service Workers. You will also carry out initial, annual, and post-operative nursing assessments for our waivered clients. As a Registered Nurse (RN), your meticulous attention to detail and compassionate approach will be essential in developing individualized care plans for patients. Your ability to observe and communicate effectively will be vital in advocating for your patients' best interests. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of contemporary nursing practices and a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a comprehensive 16-hour medication certification course for field staff and Direct Service Workers.
  • Conduct nursing assessments, including initial, post-operative, and annual evaluations for each waivered client.
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and provide reports on these changes.
  • Maintain precise records of patient care and communicate observations with the management team.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and client care skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
