Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team in Euless, TX. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, providing management direction and professional development to the Accounts Receivable and Credit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all management functions related to hiring, developing, and retaining AR staff.
  • Document, enhance, re-engineer, and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adequate coverage of the accounts receivable department.
  • Supervise all accounts receivable, credit, and cash posting functions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality credit and collection procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the corporate credit policy, recommending changes as needed for CFO review.
  • Ensure timely collection of monies owed to the company.
  • Monitor and report deviations from established credit standards.
  • Manage cash applications, ensuring accurate application of all cash receipts.
  • Analyze customer accounts to determine potential credit limit adjustments.
  • Update and maintain AR insurance coverage and related reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and manage credit holds on accounts or shipments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience, preferably with a focus in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable and credit/collections, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Experience with SAP and Concur is a plus.
