Service Writer Opportunity at ASCO Equipment

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at ASCO Equipment in Euless, Texas. As a Service Writer, you will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling maintenance needs for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work orders, including opening, closing, and posting time
  • Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and present to customers
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivables
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service managers
  • Provide status updates on work orders, troubleshooting, and technician progress
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a heavy equipment service technician or service writer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
  • Detail-oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with G-Suite and other service programs
