We are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our aquatic facility. In this role, you will:

Vigilantly supervise the swimming area to maintain a secure and safe environment for all patrons. Implement safety measures by enforcing established pool regulations and guidelines. Provide immediate assistance in case of injuries, incidents, or emergencies in accordance with organizational policies. Conduct private and group swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Contribute to the design, execution, and promotion of innovative swimming programs. Support the upkeep and cleanliness of the aquatic center.

Ideal Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement of 16 years. Possession of a current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain it upon hiring. Previous experience in lifeguarding or instructing swim lessons is preferred. Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid or the ability to acquire them at the time of employment.

Physical Demands:

Applicants should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance repeatedly throughout the workday. Frequent movement, including walking, demonstrating, and assisting with exercise routines; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and squatting are daily activities. Ability to remain in water for extended periods during the work shift.
