Job Description

PROMESA R.H.C.F. is seeking a skilled Manager of Privileging Operations to lead our credentialing and privileging efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in credentialing and privileging, and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate credentialing files for all healthcare providers.
  • Verify provider credentials through primary source verification and online queries.
  • Collaborate with Managed Care, Office of Legal Affairs, and Finance departments to ensure seamless revenue and financial operations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on credentialing procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience and 5+ years of credentialing experience required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
