Job Overview:">

You'll be responsible for owning the credentialing function, managing the credentialing team, implementing new tools, and leading accreditation compliance. This includes overseeing all aspects of practitioner credentialing, ensuring alignment with State, Federal, and NCQA standards.

As an Associate Director, you'll work closely with the Sr. Director, Network Growth Operations, to drive business objectives and ensure high-quality credentialing operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve credentialing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Health Plan Operations, Medical Affairs, and Compliance, to ensure seamless communication and data sharing.
  • Leverage your expertise in credentialing processes and systems to provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
