Key Responsibilities

· Refine and integrate architectural designs that align with the organization's business objectives (e.g., speed, reliability, scalability).

· Utilize expertise in domain-driven design principles to enhance conceptual and logical models, advocating for their organization-wide adoption in compliance with architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.

· Develop comprehensive execution plans to implement recommendations for solution designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.

· Influence business strategies and execution models by providing insights on how updated end-to-end delivery capabilities can facilitate business objectives.

· Promote collaboration among various stakeholders within the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment of architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.

· Offer technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in the implementation of solution designs.

· Drive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders, aiding them in understanding implications in detail.

· Maintain and leverage robust business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategy.

· Contribute to and influence the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that advance business objectives.

· Assess emerging technologies and trends to assist the organization in maintaining a competitive edge, fostering innovation within the organization.

Knowledge & Experience

· 10-12 years of experience in integrations and solution design.

· Proven history of designing and architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise level.

· Expertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systems.

· Proficient in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

· Demonstrated experience in enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture.

· Extensive knowledge of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.

· Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and platforms such as Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Confluent, Solace, etc.

· Experience with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.

· Background in cloud and infrastructure platforms to support high availability and resiliency.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Cloud Technologies & Platforms, including infrastructure automation using Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible.

· Knowledge of CI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

· Understanding of integration tools like Talend/Informatica, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory/Synapse.

· Familiarity with Web Services, APIs, Microservices, and SOA.

· Knowledge of Application and Data Architecture as related to Integration.

· Understanding of Project Management Methodology.

· Awareness of Architecture Governance & Standards.

· Familiarity with Solution Architecture Patterns.

· Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology.

· Knowledge of Emerging Technologies and Automation Tools.

· Understanding of Change Management.
