Job Description:We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and guide technical excellence in our organization. As a Lead Technical Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage and mentor a team of solution architects and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solution designs.
- Assess emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to make informed decisions regarding their integration into solution designs.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients.
- Implement quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization, to ensure the reliability and quality of technical solutions.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the coordination of technical solution projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continually enhancing our technical solution capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven expertise in solution design, software and systems architecture, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of software development languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a technical team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
