Job Overview

The Lead Integration Architect position is pivotal in merging advanced technologies to craft intricate technology solutions across various domains, while aligning with business objectives, technical viability, and future scalability. The individual in this role will offer strategic guidance, training, and mentorship to diverse stakeholders throughout the organization, leveraging their extensive knowledge of the integration technology stack. This role is crucial in steering the architecture and development of solutions that resonate with the overarching business and technology strategy, ensuring that functional outcomes are met and that the architectural framework is robust at the functional level.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and refine architectural frameworks that are in harmony with the organization's business objectives (e.g., efficiency, dependability, scalability)

· Utilize expertise in domain-driven design principles to enhance conceptual and logical models, advocating for their organization-wide adoption in line with architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Develop comprehensive execution strategies to implement recommendations for solution designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Influence business strategies and operational models by providing insights on how enhanced end-to-end delivery capabilities can propel business objectives

· Promote collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks in a cohesive manner

· Offer technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in the implementation of solution designs

· Facilitate strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders, helping them grasp implications in detail

· Maintain and leverage strong business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategy

· Contribute to and influence the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that advance business objectives

· Assess emerging technologies and trends to help the organization sustain a competitive edge, fostering innovation within the organization

Knowledge & Experience

· 10-12 years of experience in integrations and solution design

· Proven success in architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise level

· Expertise in technology integration and interface design between systems

· Proficient in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

· Demonstrated experience with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture

· Extensive understanding of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and platforms such as Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Confluent, Solace, etc.

· Experience with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies

· Background in cloud and infrastructure platforms to support high availability and resilience

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Cloud Technologies & Platforms, including infrastructure automation using Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible

· Knowledge of CI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

· Understanding of integration tools like Talend/Informatica, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory/Synapse

· Familiarity with Web Services, APIs, Microservices, and SOA

· Insight into Application and Data Architecture as related to Integration

· Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies

· Understanding of Architecture Governance & Standards

· Familiarity with Solution Architecture Patterns

· Proficient in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology

· Awareness of Emerging Technologies and Automation Tools

· Knowledge of Change Management
