Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative - Claims to join our team at Reinsurance Associate Inc. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for processing and resolving claims related to automotive F&I products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process new claim setups within established company procedures and guidelines
  • Interact and communicate directly with claimants via phone and email
  • Evaluate and settle claim files
  • Index and attach inbound correspondence/documentation
  • Work proactively and cohesively as a member of the claims team
  • Attend training seminars and/or continuing education
  • Maintain high customer service requirements and productivity standards
  • Work with management on specific issues as requested
