At Reinsurance Associate Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you'll be responsible for processing and resolving automotive F&I-related claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:- Process new claim setups within established company procedures and guidelines
- Interact and communicate directly with claimants via phone and email
- Evaluate and settle claim files
- Index and attach inbound correspondence/documentation
- Work proactively and cohesively as a member of the claims team
- Attend training seminars and/or continuing education
- Maintain high customer service requirements and productivity standards
- Work with management on specific issues as requested
