Customer Service Team Member

Rittal North America LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate with customers, provide timely solutions to their inquiries, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or service desk environment.

- A base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
