Job Overview

Rittal North America LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate with customers, provide timely solutions to their inquiries, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or service desk environment.
