Job Title: Master Plumber

Luxury Bath Technologies, a locally owned and operated company, is seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join our team in Seattle, WA and surrounding areas. We specialize in home and bathroom remodeling, and this role will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and perform residential plumbing services with precision and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Serve clients to the highest level possible, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring seamless communication with dispatch and office personnel.
  • Collect payment from customers in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch while working, ensuring accurate status reports and availability.
  • Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools, ensuring they are properly accounted for and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber certification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in residential plumbing, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with field and office personnel.
  • Own hand tools and reliable transportation.
  • 6 months of experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment/issues.
  • Quick and eager to learn, with efficient and effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear communicator and comfortable talking to homeowners.
  • Physical demands include lifting, balancing, and crawling, with the ability to work in enclosed spaces.
  • Team player with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and authorized to work in the U.S.
