About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medical Cardiology PCU team at Carilion Clinic. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care under the direction of the RN.
- Collect data, plan, and implement patient/resident care.
- Assist with throughput initiatives to enhance the patient and customer experience.
- Participate in unit-based council activities and initiatives.
- Own LOS on unit and actively participate in unit-based initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice nursing LPN in the state of Virginia.
- AHS BLS-HCP required.
