Job Summary

The Program Manager II is responsible for administering and monitoring all aspects of the daily operation of the program. This includes ensuring that the goals and objectives for each client enrolled in the program are addressed through the delivery of quality services/case management. The successful candidate will uphold the company philosophy of the Basic Principles of a Collaborative Workplace and Shift Happens.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in formulating the annual budget with the Director of Finance and the Director of Programs
Monitor the financial stability of the program through monthly profit/loss reports
Track all program expenditures of agency funds, including petty cash and credit card purchases
Approve all other purchases electronically in a timely manner
Interview, hire, coach, and terminate staff as needed with the approval of the Director of Programs and HR director
Complete 90-day onboarding of Life Skill Coaches and 90-day evaluations and/or yearly evaluations
Address and consistently document staff performance issues
Model and train staff on company philosophies of the Basic Principles of a Collaborative Workplace, Arc Covenant, and Shift Happens
Complete 10-15% quality control review of services of alternative services for all clients to ensure proper client interactive training is performed by staff
Provide direct service duties as needed to meet the needs of the clients
Oversee online curriculum for alternative services for all clients, including their assigned day of remote learning
Ensure open and consistent communication between the program and all outside stakeholders
Responsible for the purchase, use/implementation, maintenance, evaluation for replacement of program equipment, supplies for use staff to meet client's goals and objectives
Develop engaging curriculum and quarterly review of its relevance for use by the staff to meet client's goals and objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
One to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two to three years of management/supervisory experience required
Experience with computers software such as: windows, word, and excel
Must possess valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and good driving record
Current Standard First Aid and CPR certificates
