Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven success in the Insurance & Financial sector OR 5 years of sales accomplishments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Necessary licenses: Life/Health and relevant securities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Wealth Managers and collaborate with CPAs and Attorneys during client engagements
  • Assist in formulating and presenting innovative Wealth Management, Retirement, and Financial strategies
  • Manage scheduling for client and referral meetings
  • Lead client consultations, oversee the sales process, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work on financial, legal, and tax strategies in partnership with other Advisors, analysts, CPAs, and Attorneys
  • Promptly address service issues to maintain exceptional client relations
  • Develop and sustain a client portfolio through various marketing initiatives funded by TriFound
  • Comply with SEC and State licensing regulations
  • Maintain Life/Health and Securities (series 65) licenses in good standing, to be obtained prior to employment

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range of $75,000-$100,000
  • Unlimited earning potential through commissions and fees

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday (Hybrid/remote work options available)
