Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist at Fox Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited speech language pathologist therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
