Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per medical orders, utilizing standardized evaluation formats to document findings accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to obtain necessary orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide high-quality treatment to patients, utilizing evidence-based modalities and adhering to established precautions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university, recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure or registration as a Speech Therapist, as applicable.
