The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Finisher/Assembler to join our production team. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for using hand tools and manual dexterity to complete furniture frames. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting our production schedule.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assemble pre-cut and prefabricated wooden parts to form complete frames using a variety of tools.
  • Keep stock organized and follow production schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions and perform basic math calculations as needed.
  • Carry out detailed written and oral instructions, and problem-solve to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stand for the majority of shift, frequently walk, and reach with hands and arms to perform tasks.
Requirements
  • Enjoy independent work and meeting deadlines.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and metrics.
  • Have previous assembly experience.
  • Have a mechanical mindset and enjoy seeing how things are put together.
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs. as needed to move frames.

Shift and Pay

Monday to Friday, 6 am - 3:30 pm. $15.00 per hour.
