Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician/Assembler to join our team at Beacon Hill Life Sciences - Boston. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and quality controlling medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical devices according to detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Comply with policies, guidelines, and safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to business and regulatory requirements.
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to management.
  • Provide training to coworkers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with office computer programs.
  • Small parts assembly experience preferred.
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience a plus.
  • Cleanroom experience a plus.
