Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) to join our team as a Behavioral Health Specialist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, counseling, and therapy sessions with patients to address behavioral health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in case reviews and consultations to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient notes in our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Commit to a full day of service at assigned facilities for hours hired to work.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Additional Requirements
  • May be required to cover other facilities as needed.
  • May assist in the orientation of new staff members.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
