Seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care to clients in need, enhancing their lives and empowering them towards recovery.

About the Position

This full-time position requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, along with licensure or Board Eligibility in LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. Three or more years of experience in behavioral healthcare, preferably working with individuals with mental health conditions, is highly desired. Additionally, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to ACCS clients.
  • Integrate the Prism Model into daily practice and intervention.
  • Provide person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed care.
  • Ongoing assessment, symptom education, direct clinical services.
  • Awareness of valuable community activities and linkages supporting the client's Community Service Plan.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $65,000-$75,000 per year.
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
