Overview of the Role: At Gilder Search Group, we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company's relationship with customers and ensuring client satisfaction.

Estimated Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be between $75k and $120k per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging marketing initiatives and database to develop business;
  • Supplying management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in services sales industry;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills;
  • An ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems;
  • Reliability, attentiveness, and professionalism with a consultative selling style;
