About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EHS Consultant - Business Continuity to join our team at BSI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing risk assessments, business impact analysis, and business continuity planning to ensure the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement emergency management and business continuity programs
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs on emergency management and business continuity
  • Support the development of continuity of operations (COOP) principles and incident command structure (ICS) methodologies
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement emergency operations plans (EOP) and emergency action plans (EAP)
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to national fire protection association (NFPA) standards and homeland security exercise and evaluation program (HSEEP) methodologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a science or EHS-related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in business continuity, emergency management, or security
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing emergency plans and business continuity programs
  • Familiarity with WebEOC, E-TEAM, Veoci, or other incident management software
  • Certified emergency manager (CEM) or certified business continuity professional (CBCP) certification

The salary for this position can range from $98,000 to $140,000 annually, based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
